Richard gets a real buzz from understanding what makes businesses work, what services they offer, products they make and who they recruit to be the very best in their sector; then subsequently finding that diamond candidate to take their business forward, whilst building long term working relationships.
Some of Richards appointments, who were once his introduced candidates are now his clients which gives real testament to his ability and formed trust.
Richard is married to Katie and they have two young children who keep them very much on their toes! Richards interests include Cooking, Photography, Trips to Norfolk, Collecting Records, Classic Cars and attending the Circus when it comes to town!...
